The Company:

Parker Healthcare products cover six trade divisions being hospital, home healthcare, aged care, pharmacy, dental and veterinary. Our hospital division has a strong market presence throughout Australia and New Zealand representing a number of leading brands including the Atom range of Infant Care Incubators and Infant Warmers. Other products within our range include oxygen therapy consumables, resuscitation circuits, analgesic circuits, thermometers and a broad range of specialized infant care products.

The Position:

We are seeking a full time Marketing Officer to assist with the development and execution of Parker's marketing strategy to help grow awareness and sales across our various divisions. This role will be based at our Mitcham Head Office. Duties of this role will include:

• Developing and executing marketing plans, including both online and offline strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Assisting to develop, execute and manage a social media / online / email marketing strategy.
• Liaising with our management, product and sales teams and graphic designer to create informative and engaging marketing content for our online platforms (website, social media platforms including LinkedIn, newsletters) and offline platforms (including printed promotional / product materials, trade conferences).
• Scheduling posts and updates to social media.
• Monitoring and responding to social media comments and mentions in a professional manner.
• Tracking and analysing social media and online metrics, and reporting to Management with regards to digital marketing performance and outcomes.
• Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance metrics, offering insights to successful marketing activities and maximising ROI.
• Maintaining the company website.
• Supporting new product launches with promotions and campaigns.
• Performing market research to identify opportunities, consumer insights and trends.
• Organising and coordinating the requirements for Parker Healthcare to attend as an exhibitor at trade conferences, and monitor and report ROI from these events.
• Staying up to date with current marketing and digital media trends and best practice.

To be successful in this role you shall have:

• Qualifications in Marketing, preferably including Digital Marketing (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in a similar role is essential.
• A passion for marketing and online marketing channels.
• Basic graphic design skills are an advantage (but not essential).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Full Australian working rights.
